Terms, Policies & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern all cleaning services provided by Premier Coastal Cleaning Co., LLC (“Premier Coastal Cleaning,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting services, submitting payment, or allowing services to be performed, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not engage our services.

1. Business Information
Premier Coastal Cleaning Co., LLC is a California limited liability company providing residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Monterey County and surrounding areas.
2. Estimates, Services & Pricing
All pricing provided through our website or communications is an estimate only and may vary based on:
Property size and condition
Scope of work requested
Frequency of service
Accessibility and preparation
Special labor or add-on services
Final pricing and scope of work are confirmed in writing prior to service. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the condition or scope materially differs from what was disclosed.
3. Deposits, Payments & Authorization
A deposit is required to reserve all first-time, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out appointments. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your deposit confirms acceptance of this Agreement
A valid payment method may be stored securely for the remaining balance
The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of service
Residential balances are typically charged the same day service is completed. Failure to provide payment may result in suspension of services.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Lockouts
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee
Same-day cancellations or inability to access the property may be charged the full service rate
5. Scheduling & Arrival Windows
Services are scheduled within a 2–4 hour arrival window. Exact arrival times are not guaranteed. We do not operate on Sundays.
If rescheduling is required due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, we will notify you promptly.
6. Access, Keys & Security
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. Delays caused by lockouts, alarms, or lack of access may result in partial service or additional charges.
Keys and access information are stored securely and used solely for service purposes.
7. Preparation, Pets & Safety
Standard cleaning does not include laundry, dishes, organizing, interior appliances, interior cabinets, windows, blinds, walls, patios, garages, or chandeliers unless explicitly added.
Additional services must be requested in advance and may incur added charges.
9. Quality Assurance & Satisfaction
If there is a concern with service quality, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
Refunds are not issued. Re-cleans may be offered at our discretion.
10. Breakage, Damage & Assumption of Risk
Clients are encouraged to secure valuables and fragile items prior to service.
We are not responsible for damage due to:
Pre-existing conditions
Improper installation
Normal wear and tear
Unstable or unsecured items
Any damage must be reported promptly. We reserve the right to repair or replace items when appropriate.
11. Health & Safety Limitations
We do not provide services involving hazardous or unsafe conditions, including but not limited to:
Biohazards or bodily fluids
Mold remediation
Pest infestations
Hoarding conditions
Hazardous materials
Services may be declined or discontinued if unsafe conditions are present.
12. Commercial & Office Services
Commercial services are performed per the agreed scope of work. Clients are responsible for securing confidential materials and providing clear access instructions.
We are not responsible for unsecured confidential or proprietary items.
Premier Coastal Cleaning Co., LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this website.
13. Late Payments & Fees
Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. Unpaid balances may incur late fees and collection costs as permitted by law.
14. Termination of Services
Either party may discontinue services at any time. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered and any applicable fees incurred prior to termination.
15. Privacy
We collect and use personal information solely to provide services, process payments, and communicate with clients. We do not sell personal information. Data is handled using reasonable security measures.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Premier Coastal Cleaning Co., LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to services or website use.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
18. Changes to This Agreement
We may update these terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting to our website.
